Explore User and Group Graphs, Fact Ratings, and SOC 2 Type 2 Certification!
To close out the year, we have several new and updated features to announce, and details of Zep's recent SOC 2 Type 2 compliance certification.
Navigate User Graphs with Zep's New Graph Explorer
User Graph Explorer
From a user's profile page, click the "View Graph" button to open up a visualization of the user's knowledge graph. Zoom in and click on a node or edge for details. This is a great tool for both exploring how Zep works and investigating how user memory.
View Group Graphs
Group Graphs are Zep knowledge graphs that may be used by a group of Users. They're not tied to a specific user and so we have a new "Groups" section of the Zep web app. View your project's list of Group Graphs, facts stored in the graph, and click the "View Graph" button to explore a visualization of the graph.

Rating Graph Facts for Relevance
Not all Facts are relevant to your application and users. For example, a mental health assistant may need to recall important facts about a user’s family, but what the user ate for breakfast Friday last week is unimportant.
Fact Ratings are a way to help Zep understand the relevance of a Fact to your particular use case. After implementing Fact Ratings, you can specify a minimum rating when retrieving Facts from Zep, ensuring that prompt only contains high-signal context.
Fact Ratings may now be applied to both User and Group Graphs.

Zep's infrastructure and internal processes are now SOC 2 Type 2 certified. This validates our enterprise-grade security controls through independent audits, giving you and your customers verifiable confidence in our data protection standards while streamlining your own compliance reviews.
