What's New

Increased Team Tier Limits

We've significantly increased the message limit on our Team plan to 100,000 messages per month, up from 75,000. This means developers and small teams can now scale their agentic apps without worrying about hitting limits too quickly.

More Affordable Growth Plan

We've made a substantial price reduction to our Growth plan, dropping from $675 to $375 USD per month, with tier limits adjusted down to 450K Messages per month and 250MB of monthly Business Data ingestion. This change makes agent memory more accessible to fast-growing companies while retaining all prior features.

Understanding Data Limits

One of the key improvements in our new pricing structure is transparent data limits across all tiers. Here's how they work:

• Free: 5MB / Month Business Data Limit
• Team: 50MB / Month Business Data Limit
• Growth: 250MB / Month Business Data Limit

These limits apply to JSON documents and unstructured text that are ingested into a user or group's Knowledge Graph. To put this in perspective, 5MB of Business Data is equivalent to approximately 2,500 pages of English UTF-8 text, giving even free tier users significant room to build and experiment.

Introducing the Zep Startup Program

We're committed to supporting innovative teams going from 0-1. That's why we're excited to announce our Startup Program:

• Eligible venture capital funded startups receive $5,000 in credits.
• Credits apply toward your first year subscription, irrespective of plan.
• Get dedicated Slack-based support directly from the Zep team.
